Description

Script was first released in September 1987 with its first issue numbered 0. It was a newsletter primarily focused on LocoScript, the quintessential word processor for Amstrad PCW computers.

Its launch was 24 issues between the years 1987 and 1992, from Locomotive Software Ltd. This was the same house that created this wonderful word processor and other software packages.

Its content was varied, highlighting the “News” section, where the launch of its new software was published, “Letters”, where readers presented their doubts and opinions, with the corresponding response from Locomotive and various other articles that were They dealt in depth with part of the new products launched such as LocoMail, LocoLink, LocoSpell, LocoChar, LocoFile, some examples and templates to facilitate the work of users, recovery of data from floppy disks and much more.

These newsletters were published by Locomotive Software Ltd. between 1987 and 1992. Permission for the newsletters to be made publicly available was requested by Steve Denson, copyright owner of several Locomotive Software catalog publications, including the newsletters of Script.
